Photograph by Karen SteinwachsWednesday evenings at The Chef's Touch are both educational and entertaining as Chef Kurt demonstrates cooking and food pairing techniques.

All classes are conducted in The Chef's Touch kitchen and are a hands-on experience. High-definition monitors mean that everyone can see exactly how to prepare each dish. Classes are $75 per person and include wine tasting, food, recipes and 10% off merchandise.

Classes have included Handmade Pasta, Basque Cuisine, Braising, and an exploration of sake with matching Japanese nibbles.

August 13th: Grilled Pizza and Palmina

Just as in Italy, Palmina’s focus is to craft wines expressly made to complement and enhance food. Both Steve and Chrystal believe that wine should be enjoyed with good food and friends. In this class we’ll team up to prepare summer grilled pizzas and antipastos. You’ll also experience the best wine that Palmina has to offer, just in time for the release of their amazing Dolcetto!

August 27th: The Corny Class
