  • We simmer fresh tomatillos, onions, garlic, roasted Poblano chilis, herbs and spices together for hours to produce our Salsa Chile Verde. Add a jar to 2 pounds of cubed pork, simmer it gently for an hour, toast a few corn tortillas and enjoy a true Mexican pleasure.
