Return Policy
The Chef's will make every attempt to ensure the service and delivery of your ordered package and product is of highest quality. Due to the nature of our product we cannot normally offer a refund nor can we ever accept returns.

Shipping Information
The Chef's Touch is not responsible if an incorrect address is given to us for shipping. If an incorrect address is given to us and shipment must be rerouted by UPS for delivery, there will be a charge of $25 to your credit card. The Chef's Touch is not responsible if the wrong delivery address is given and delivered to the wrong and/ or unknown recipient. The Chef's Touch will not be responsible if UPS delivers the order to the wrong address. We will do our best to rectify any problem that should ever arise.
